About These Terms And Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions "we", "us" or "our" means The Designco Interior Design Online Consultancy Services and The Designco Products and "you" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between Us and you for the supply of products for sale & Services offered by us on our website ("Products" & "Services"). This Agreement applies whether you are accessing the Services via a wireless or mobile device, a personal computer or any other technology or device (each, a “Device“). No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

1. Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor’s resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. For maximum accuracy we shall refer to Pantone Shade cards.

2. Order Placement of Services and/or Products

Any order that is placed by you through this website is an offer by you to purchase a Listed Service/s and/or product/s for the price (including delivery, and any other charges and taxes applicable at actual) specified in this website at the time you placed your order or, where the price cannot be determined at the time the order is placed, then as advised by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product/s, an error in the price or the description of the product as shown on this website or due to an error in your order.

3. Ordering Procedure

3.1 How to Order: Ordering with us is simple, please follow the below steps.

  1. Contact the The Designco via email or given telephone number
  2. You will be asked to submit an enquiry form with your address details and any queries you may have regarding the item. We will then endeavor to get back to you with a price for freight to the address you have given and answer any queries.
  3. For purchasing available options of Interior Design Services listed on the website, you will be asked to submit an enquiry form with your email address details and any queries you may have regarding the item. We will then endeavor to get back to you with a price with respect to the service/product that you requested to the address you have given and answer any queries.
  4. When you log back in to our website to continue your purchase the freight charge will be added to your shopping cart and you can then proceed to the checkout with your order.
  5. Once your order is in the system we will issue you with an order number and you can proceed with your chosen payment method.
  6. When payment is received and cleared we will contact you via email with an approximate delivery date and begin processing your order.

3.2 Out of Stock Situation

  1. In the event that a product is out of stock, We will contact you by email or phone and give you an indication as to availability and an anticipated delivery time.
  2. If you advise us that you wish to proceed with the purchase on a back order basis you will not be able to subsequently cancel the purchase. Please refer to cancellation of order below.

3.3 Custom Orders

  1. (a) Ordering custom pieces may result in a longer lead -times and can be affected by stock of raw material and customization procedure if required. We will advise approximate delivery date to the address you have given.
  2. (b) Ordering customized Interior Design Services may result in a longer lead -times and can be affected by load of ongoing project work and required customization procedure. We will advise approximate delivery date to the address you have given.

4. Pricing

Prices of products and services and any charges and taxes displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices shown on this website are in INR (Indian National Rupee). All prices are exclusive of any delivery charges which will be advised separately if applicable.

5.1 Payment of your purchases can be made as follows

Services will be sent via electronic mail once full payment is cleared.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy

6.1 In the case of The Designco Products

We are unable to refund for "change of minds", so please choose carefully. Good images and dimensions are on our website, please measure your space and check dimensions and ask questions if you are unsure of anything to do with our product. We will only make, and are only obligated to make, a refund in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy, the guidelines for eligibility are detailed in this policy.

  1. Where your products are damaged in transit
  2. Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw or damage
  3. The incorrect item has been delivered to you.

6.2 In case of The Designco Online Interior Design

We are unable to refund for "change of minds", so please choose carefully. Good images and dimensions and descriptions are on our website, please measure your space and check dimensions and ask questions if you are unsure of anything to do with our services. The Services shall have limited number of revisions/ammendments. Additional revisions requested by the client due to whatsoever reasons shall be charged extra.(Charges as per scope and type of work). So please communicate clearly during the initial stages as to what your requirements or ammendments are.

6.3 We are careful to inspect all goods before they are sent out however if there are any issues with your order please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of an incorrect or flawed item. We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect or faulty item and delivery of the correct item. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance.

6.4 We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.

6.5 We will not be responsible for any technical changes or differences or errors the client may face under any circumstance. The Designco Online Interior Design Services and Consultancy is based purely on aesthetical Interior design.

6.6 We will not accept the returns or refunds request /policy incase there are any differences of opinion of any type of aesthetics/design between the client and us.

6.7 We are not liable for any technical differences faced by the client during execution of work with respect to our Services. Please note there might be difference of dimensions due to computerized precision and at actual measurements, Difference of colour tones of materials suggested by us and their availability in the market, unavailability or difference in any Interior Product suggested by us.

6.8 We are not liable for any problems which are caused by the client’s negligence or carelessness and for any incorrect work or damage which was caused by third parties during execution of the Interior Design Services suggested by us.

6.9 Any refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account or to the credit card number that was used to make to make the purchase.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The services and all company content, products, and user materials made available on, through or in connection therewith, including in connection with any third parties, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, or any guaranty or assurance that the services will be available for use, or that any products, features, functions, services or operations will be available or performed as described.

7.2 Please note that, as leather and most of the fabrics and any raw materials used are natural materials, light tone differences among the various elements that make up the product may occur. Moreover, if the products are purchased in different periods, the elapsed time and climatic conditions can cause variations in colour and/or tonality and We cannot accept any claim in this regard.

7.3 Where We accept a claim, it will be up to Our discretion as to whether the goods will be repaired, replaced or a refund offered to You.

7.4 The services and all company content, products, and user materials made available on, through or in connection therewith, including in connection with any third parties, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, or any guaranty or assurance that the services will be available for use, or that any products, features, functions, services or operations will be available or performed as described.

8. Intellectual Property

Please note that, the website layout, content (text, imagery or otherwise), idea of the services, products,concepts, Product designs and all matter produced/displayed/ sent by/from The Designco and under our supervision are subject to Intellectual Property Rights.

9. Deadlines and Delivery dates

Incase of failure to meet the deadlines agreed with the client We shall notify our reason for the same with a revised date of delivery.

10. Marketing / public relations

We reserve the right to photograph and videograph the finished project upon completion and post the images to our website, Houzz, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Yelp, YouTube & Vimeo pages, as well as various shelter publications. The client’s name will not be used in conjunction with the images unless given permission by the client.

11. Termination

If you breach any of the terms in this Agreement, we will have the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to or use of the Services, in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your access or use of the Services. Any suspension or termination will not affect your obligations to us under this Agreement (including, without limitation, ownership, indemnification and limitation of liability), which by their sense and context are intended to survive such suspension or termination.

12. Modifications

We may modify this Agreement from time to time and at any time in our sole discretion. We will post or display notices of material changes on the Services and/or notify you via other electronic means. The form of such notice is at our discretion. Once we post or make the modifications available on the Services, these changes become effective immediately, and, if you use the Services after they become effective, it will signify your agreement to be bound by these changes.

13. Company Data

Except for your Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), which shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that, as between you and us, any and all data and information collected by, made available to, or accessible by us as a result of or in connection with our provision, and your use of, the Services, shall be our sole and exclusive property and nothing shall be construed in this Agreement to restrict, impair, share, transfer, assign, license, convey or otherwise alter or deprive us of any of its rights or proprietary interests therein or to grant any rights, license or other interest therein (“Company Data“). The term “Company Data” shall also include, without limitation, end user names, email addresses, usage statistics, registration data, device information (e.g., model, screen size, operating system, etc.), account and personal information, geographic location data, preferences and behaviors, and all other related information and communications.
